Draft resource operations plan
The Gold Coast draft Resource Operations Plan (PDF, 834K)* was released on 13 January 2009 for public comment—submissions have now closed. A summary brochure (PDF, 881K)* and explanatory notes (PDF, 120K)* accompany the draft plan.
Request to modify interests in a water allocation—see public notice below
Attachments 8 and 9 of the Gold Coast draft Resource Operations Plan contains a list of water allocations to be granted when the resource operations plan is finalised. Water entitlement holders whose entitlements will be converted to water allocations need to ensure that tenancy arrangements are correct. If there are changes to the tenancy arrangements listed on your water entitlement, please inform the chief executive by 5 pm Wednesday 2 December 2009 by completing a Section 101(1)(a) - Request to modify interests in a water allocation form (PDF, 34K)* or by completing one of the other forms mentioned in the public notice below.
Water resource plan
The Water Resource (Gold Coast) Plan 2006 (listed under the Water Act 2000 ) was released in December 2006.
