For kids
Children love visiting David Fleay Wildlife Park. Perhaps it's the thrill of seeing so many different native animals up close that they especially enjoy. But don't expect to be able to cuddle a koala or feed a kangaroo. Although you can do that at other places, this conservation park provides an experience as close as possible to nature.

This provides you with your own exclusive opportunity to be close to these wonderful marsupials while learning about them. You may even get to pat the koala with the Ranger's permission. A souvenir photo of you with the koala is included and you are welcome to use your own camera as well.
About a quarter of the visitors to the park are students on school excursions. The park has an excellent environmental education program based on the school curriculum. The program aims to encourage students to take environmental action back to the schoolyard and their own backyards.
You don't have to come on a school excursion to enjoy David Fleay Wildlife Park. There are plenty of amazing things to see and informative presentations to attend. So kids, take Mum and Dad to David Fleay Wildlife Park next time you go to the Gold Coast.
