Weddings at Daisy Hill Conservation Park

Ever dreamt of exchanging your wedding vows in a natural bushland setting?

Imagine walking down an aisle surrounded by towering grey gums with the soft melodies of birds singing in the background.

Daisy Hill Conservation Park now offers two picturesque sites for an outdoor wedding including the perfect backdrop for beautiful photos.

Grey Gum site is suitable for small or large weddings. Facilities include a small shelter for the ceremony and log seating for up to 100 guests. Located off carpark five, the area is separated from the rest of the park to allow privacy for you and your guests. It is wheelchair-accessible.

Forest Amphitheatre is suitable for small groups, seating up to 40 adults. A timber boardwalk winds its way to the covered amphitheatre making an ideal aisle for the bride's grand entrance. Located at carpark one, the site has basic lighting, power and wheelchair access.

We welcome you to inspect both sites, to determine which will best suit your needs, prior to booking.

Daisy Hill Conservation Park

Just 25km south of Brisbane's city centre, Daisy Hill Conservation Park has for many years been a popular bushland retreat in a largely urban area. Its 435ha of eucalypt forest is dominated by spotted gum, grey gum, ironbark, tallowwood and stringybarks. Alert visitors may see a wide range of wildlife including birds, koalas, possums, wallabies and reptiles.

Facilities include walking tracks, barbecues, toilets and open space for a variety of recreation opportunities, some with wheelchair access. Car parking is available at the picnic area.

Entrance gates open at 7am daily and close at 5.30pm between 15 March and 14 October, and 6.30pm for the rest of the year.
