Waterwise Councils Package

A package of Waterwise resources has been developed for Queensland councils to support community awareness and education about water conservation and water efficiency.

A number of the resources can be downloaded from this website in a high-resolution format ready for printing. Councils have the option to co-brand the resources by completing a co-branding deed (PDF, 96K)*.

Councils intending to use the resources are asked to provide their contact details and a list of the resources they intend to use.

Guidelines to assist councils access and use the Waterwise package are also available for download.

The Waterwise Plant Selector (plant selector) is an online tool that helps Queenslanders find water efficient plants suited to their location and climate conditions. Using their postcode, residents can search and select from more than 4000 plants. Councils are encouraged to provide a link from their website to the plant selector.
