Co-branding Waterwise resources
Many of the Waterwise resources are available for co-branding by councils. This means that councils can incorporate their logo into selected Waterwise publications or products.
Co-branding deed
A co-branding deed (PDF, 96K)* has been developed to enable co-branding of Waterwise resources. This sets out the terms and conditions of the co-branding arrangement and addresses intellectual property issues.
Process for co-branding
In order to co-brand products, councils need to:
- select the product/s they wish to co-brand (refer to list below).
- complete and submit the Waterwise councils contact details form.
- complete the co-branding deed (PDF, 96K)* . Please note, information about how to complete and submit a co-branding deed is provided in the guidelines.
- forward the completed agreement and council logo to the Department of Environment and Resource Management (DERM).
- forward the completed agreement and council logo to the Department of Environment and Resource Management (DERM).
DERM will be responsible for inserting the council logo into the product design. The finished artwork will then be forwarded to the council ready for printing.
Printing and production of co-branded items
It is council's responsibility to arrange printing and distribution of any co-branded Waterwise resources. Council is also responsible for all costs relating to printing and distribution.
