Bucket loads of savings! package
The Bucket loads of savings! (buckets) package is a water education resource promoting waterwise behaviours inside and outside the home.
The package comprises a poster, a brochure and guidelines for use.
Targeting young people, the buckets poster (PDF, 2.0M)* depicts a range of Waterwise behaviours in a vibrant and engaging format. The poster can be used as part of water education programs in schools and as well as by councils.
This versatile poster is also designed for display in a variety of locations including council foyers, libraries, customer service centres and shopping centres.
The buckets brochure targets families and can be distributed in new residents’ kits as well as through council outlets. The brochure can also be used in conjunction with the poster as part of curriculum-based water education in schools. This brochure is available for co-branding by councils.
The Guidelines for Use (PDF, 399K)* outline how the buckets poster and brochure can be used to stimulate enquiry in a classroom setting. The guidelines also offer creative options for linking the poster to the Water: Learn it for life! program .
