Regulatory requirements for service providers
The Water Act 2000 was developed to put in place a framework for the delivery of water and sewerage services throughout Queensland. Chapter 3 of the Act relates to the provision of services (water, sewerage and irrigation) and sets out certain requirements. These guidelines provide a basis for meeting some of those requirements.
