Direct connection pipeline: Burdekin to South East Queensland

To meet South East Queensland’s rapidly expanding water needs, in August 2006 the Queensland Government agreed to investigate the feasibility of constructing a pipeline linking the area to the Burdekin Falls Dam in water-rich North Queensland.

Engineering consultants GHD completed the investigation in October 2007, and the report is now available.
