Development permit application forms for water related works are administered by the Department of Infastructure and Development (DIP). You can find the Application for a development permit on DIP's website.

If you are lodging a 'development application for water related works' together with an 'application for a water licence', you do not have to pay the application fee for the 'development application'. In this case you will need to only pay the fees associated with the 'application for a water licence'.

If you are lodging a 'devlopment application for water related works' without an 'application for a water licence', the devlopment application fee applies.
