Public notice - Final Terms of Reference for an Envionrmental Impact Statement (EIS): Proposed Millennium expansion Project
The Department of Environment and Resource Management (DERM), in accordance with section 46 of the Environmental Protection Act 1994, has finalised the terms of reference (TOR) for the carrying out of an environmental impact statement for the proposed open-cut coal mine known as the “Millennium Expansion Projectâ€ÂÂ.
