Management plan for the conservation of Elseya sp. [Burnett River] in the Burnett River Catchment
This management plan draws on the results of the biological report (Part B) and develops management strategies for the freshwater turtle Elseya sp. [Burnett River] that address population numbers, population dynamics, habitats and sustainability across the river system as a whole. The plan proposes six key strategies for achieving this aim and provides specific recommended actions to address these strategies over a five-year period.
