Final outputs
Spatial data products from the land use change mapping process are:
- An improved 1999 land use dataset;
- 2004 land use dataset;
- A layer showing land use change between 1999 to 2004;
- A source layer showing the spatial extent and location of change as well as the source of the change information (e.g. Landsat, DCDB, aerial photo).
Non-spatial information documents are also produced and include:
- An accuracy assessment;
- Summary statistics (e.g. percent area of catchment, total hectares per land use); and
- Metadata.
