State Valuation Services
The Department of Environment and Resource Management (DERM) State Valuation Services (SVS) provides whole-of-government valuation services.
It has staff in 19 locations around the State—from Brisbane to Cairns, and Longreach and Roma.
Its core activity is to provide valuations for rating, rental and taxing purposes for DERM, local governments, and the Office of State Revenue.
The SVS also provides a valuation service to all government agencies through its Client and Asset Valuation Unit.
