Downloading and saving forms
To use the forms you will need Version 5 or later of Adobe Acrobat (commercial software) or(free download). You may have problems using older versions of the software.
- If you’re using Adobe Reader, you can save the blank form initially but cannot re-save the completed form.
- If you’re using Adobe Acrobat, you can save the completed form at any stage.
To open a form, simply click the relevant link.
To save the form for completion later:
- Right-click on the form and select:
- Save Target As, when using Internet Explorer
- Save Link As, when using Mozilla Firefox
- Download Linked File As, when using Safari.
- Choose a location to save the form and click Save.
