Land registry forms on disk
Regular users of land registry forms are encouraged to subscribe to the forms on disk service. For the payment of a once-only fee, you will be provided with a CD-ROM containing the forms in Microsoft Word for Windows and Adobe PDF formats.
There is no licensing agreement for the disk, so you can install the forms on any number of computer hard drives or a network directory if required.
You will receive an updated disk at no cost when a new version of any form is approved.
The 'Read Me' file displayed when the CD-ROM is inserted into the drive, includes Instructions on how to install the forms onto your computer hard drive.
How to become a subscriber
To become a subscriber, please forward a written request which inludes:
- name and postal address of firm
- full name, phone, and fax numbers of contact person.
Send your request, together with a cheque for the payment of the fee to:
