Land registry fee calculator
As a service to our customers, the Queensland Titles Registry has made available an on-line lodgement fee calculator and a downloadable lodgement fee calculator for calculating the lodgement fees payable on commonly lodged forms.
A downloadable version of the Land Registry Fee Calculator is also available to calculate lodgement fees without connecting to the internet.
Lodgements may be paid for by cash, cheques, Australian currency traveller's cheques, money orders and EFTPOS (direct debit only and for amounts over $10) including credit card (except Diners Club) for amounts over $10. Credit facilities are available for only private lodgers. Cheques and money orders should be made payable to "Department of Environment and Resource Management".
Electronic copies of all Land Registry forms and the full Fee Schedule are also available.
