Electronic lodgement of title transactions (eLodgement)
Industry professionals can securely lodge their Titles Registry forms with DERM electronically from their office via eLodgement.
The eLodgement system calculates fees, provides receipts, lodgement summaries and registration confirmation statements online. A direct debit or electronic funds transfer facility is arranged for the payment of lodgement fees.
No specialised software or hardware is required. The eLodgement process can be undertaken using industry standard office equipment in a few easy steps.
