Reports on administration of the Foreign Ownership of Land Register Act 1988
Annual reports on the administration of Foreign Ownership of Land Register Act 1988 (Qld) are provided in accordance with Section 16(1) of the Act.
Reports provide statistics for the top six ranked nationalities, for each of the previous three years, in the following categories:
- recorded value of acquisitions of land
- total land areas owned
- total number of land parcels owned.
Information held in the register is accessible through Department of Environment and Resource Management business centres.
