Sunmap Digital Maps (formerly Sunmap Raster)
The Sunmap Digital Maps DVD product enables you to view more than 800 of Queensland's 1:25 000 scale topographic line and image maps. To see which areas of Queensland are covered on the DVD, please view:

Contents on the DVD include:
- 361 topographic image mapsheets 1:25 000 scale (MGA94, UTM zones 54-56).
- 483 topographic line mapsheets as individual 1:25 000 scale images (MGA94, UTM zones 54-56) and joined into three seamless map mosaics at 1:25 000 scale (Geographic/GDA94 projection).
- Small-scale reference maps at 1:5 000 000 and 1:20 000 000 scales (provided by Geoscience Australia).
- 2007 Landsat TM satellite image of Queensland (25 metre pixel size).
- Sunmap Map Viewer software (version 1.1).
Feature upgrades on the DVD include:
- Maps completed/revised up to January 2010.
- 2007 Landsat TM satellite mosaic of Queensland.
- 1:25 000 scale topographic imagemap series.
- Windows Vista and 7 compatability.
- Improved installation and software setup.
- Place names search uses the Gazetteer of Australia 2006.
- New viewer functionality - transparency slider allows one map to be placed over another and to transition from one map to the other.
- New viewer functionality - split view allows two maps or a map and satellite image to be viewed and compared side by side.
Related products
Sunmap Digital Maps is fully compatible with NATMAP Raster products which cover the whole of Australia at 1:250 000 scale. This compatibility means that you can view both Sunmap and NATMAP topographic line maps with the same viewer.
