Technical fixes
The following errors have been reported by users of the Sunmap Raster.
I keep getting an error message telling me the viewer cannot find certain maps, even though the Map Manager has been set up correctly.
This error occurs in the Topographic Mapsheets product only and only on three particular maps. These are:
- 9541-41 Canungra
- 9543-12 Mount Tempest
- 9241-41 Mount Gammie
The error message will look like this:

If you receive this error, please email Geographic Information.
When I change layers while in a search window I get the following error:
Solution
Currently there is no solution for this issue, however it is not fatal. Please select 'Yes', and continue with your search.
The place name search does not find the place name 'Jimna'.
This is caused by a bug in the place names search function. A similar problem may occur with other place names, although none has been identified.
Solution
1. Quick fix—search the term 'jim'. Scroll down the list and select 'Jimna'.
2. Permanent fix— email Geographic Information.
