SmartMaps
SmartMaps displaying current information on Queensland property boundaries, valuations and sales data, and survey information are available:
A valid street address or lot on plan description is required when placing an order. Email orders will be processed during business centre hours and the SmartMap will be forwarded to you as a PDF attachment to a tax invoice-styled email.
New valuation issued
From the 28th March the New Valuation Issued SmartMap will be available for purchase. This SmartMap will display the new issued valuation. Sample map-new valuation issued (PDF, 27K)*
Scale and size
SmartMaps vary in scale and paper size, which will affect the amount of data displayed.
