Order and quotation forms
Orders for comprehensive digital data or quotes for customised digital data can be accepted by email or fax.
Packaged digital data can be purchased by visiting or contacting one of the Department’s service centres.
The order form (PDF, 35K)* should be used when the data required can be identified in the departments catalogue of products and services.
The quotation form (PDF, 29K)* should be used when you are unsure what price would be charged for the requested data, as will always be the case for customised data. Following receipt of the quotation from the Department, if you wish to proceed, an order form should be completed including the quote number.
Order and quotation forms should be sent to the relevant contacts identified on the digital data information sheets.
All digital data is supplied with a licence. Please read the overview sheet explaining the types of licences. Sample licences are available to assist your selection.
