- You need to contact the Department at the address below for further information.
- A sample licence (PDF, 88K)* is available on the Department's website.
Fee structure
Product Distributors are entitled to a Discount Pricing Arrangement based on the Department’s recommended retail price (RRP) subject to minimum quantities being ordered. Postage and handling charges do not apply to orders that are posted to an address in Australia.
There are two categories within Product Distribution. They are Reseller and Wholesaler. In order for an applicant to be classified as a Wholesaler and obtain a larger discount, the Department will require them to produce written confirmation of an active distribution network.
Depending on quantities ordered, where the Product Distributor is classified as a:
- Reseller - a discounted price of up to RRP less 30% applies.
- Wholesaler - a discounted price of up to RRP less 62.5% applies.
