On Cape York Peninsula, about 7 hrs drive (550 km) north of Cairns
What's special
Queensland's second national park (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land) is jointly managed by the Kulla Land Trust and the Queensland Government. It features spectacular escarpments, gorges, waterfalls and rainforests.
Access to the Massey River Area (PDF, 232K)* is prohibited to protect significant cultural resources.
