ASPs - manuals for applicants
The Alternative State Provisions (ASPs) require applicants for exploration and mining tenements to make significant decisions as to how they pursue their applications.
The manuals describe, step by step, the procedures that are necessary in addition to other requirements of the Mineral Resources Act 1989.
