Expression of Interest forms for a particular lease type
Complete and submit an Expression of Interest form (below) relevant to the person and the purpose for which the lease is required. For assistance with completing the Expression of Interest form contact the relevant Aboriginal Shire Council.
Submit the completed Expression of Interest form to the relevant Aboriginal Shire Council in its capacity as the Trustee of Aboriginal Deed of Grant in Trust land within the shire.
A lease to an Aboriginal person for:
- Private residential purposes for 99 years Form 1 (PDF, 26K)*
- Commercial purposes for between 30 and 99 years Form 2 (PDF, 27K)*
- Another purpose for less than 30 years Form 3 (PDF, 26K)*
- Another purposes for between 30 and 99 years Form 4 (PDF, 26K)*
A lease to the State for:
- A purpose under the Housing Act 2003 for up to 99 years Form 5 (PDF, 26K)*
- Public infrastructure purposes for up to 99 years Form 5 (PDF, 26K)*
- Residential accommodation for public service employees for up to 99 years Form 5 (PDF, 26K)*
- Commercial purposes for between 30 and 99 years Form 5 (PDF, 26K)*
- Another purpose for less than 30 years Form 5 (PDF, 26K)*
- Another purpose for between 30 and 99 years Form 5 (PDF, 26K)*
A lease to another person for:
Note: if an Aboriginal person and the State, or an Aboriginal person and another person, enter in to a partnership or joint venture, the partnership will be classified as 'another person' for the purpose of lodging an EOI. The Commonwealth Government is also defined as 'another person').
