Native title representative bodies are organisations the federal government recognises as representing Indigenous interests in all native title matters in a particular region. Queensland has the following representative bodies:

Native title service providers

Native title service providers are funded by the federal government to carry out most of the functions of a native title representative body, and provide professional services to native title parties in accordance with the Native Title Act 1993. Queensland has the following service provider:
