Application forms
Under the Land Act 1994, you must make all changes to land dealings on relevant application forms and forward them to DERM for processing.
Any form you do not complete accurately may be returned to you with a request for more information. To ensure this does not happen:
- read the Guide to completing State land forms
- contact staff at your nearest business centre to discuss your application before you lodge it.
