October 2008 – Green IT

QWESTNet aims to bring together sustainable technology users and retailers in an informal environment.

Fuel efficient ways to drive your business along the information highway

Agenda

On Tuesday 14 October over 80 people attended the QWESTNet forum held in association with the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA). The topic for the day " Green IT- Fuel efficient ways to drive your business along the information highway" explored a number of simple measures that can be incorporated into any business to save money and energy.

The forum featured short sharp presentations from suppliers, case studies of new technology, edgy, thought provoking business insights and ended with a panel discussion. The popular 'speed' networking session was, as always, a highlight of the day's proceedings.
