ecoBiz Facilitators

ecoBiz Facilitators are individuals or organisations that retain core competencies in sustainable business practices or relevant areas of technical expertise. DERM issues formal certification of ecoBiz Facilitator status to applicants who demonstrate that they have suitable competencies to assist participants. A Facilitator has received training that enables them to identify what activities a participant will need to undertake in order to progress through the six ecoBiz steps.

Facilitators can be engaged by a participant to assist them through the ecoBiz process. The work and fees required are agreed between the facilitator and the ecoBiz participant independently from DERM. Facilitators may assist ecoBiz participants through individual ecoBiz steps or with specific areas of expertise or act as a general co-ordinator for the entire ecoBiz process.
