Madill Motor Group operate a number of car dealerships across the Sunshine Coast. The Noosaville sites project (PDF, 200K)* embarked on a number of eco-efficient improvements following a renovation. To save water, they installed water tanks and a waterless car wash. They also installed efficient lighting and air-conditioning zoning in their showroom to reduce energy usage. The dealership reduced their waste by recycling pallets (paper and wooden) and workshop waste (oil and cleaning rags). Finally, they introduced a staff education program, which has lead to the staff promoting fuel-efficient cars to customers.
