Knights Laundry Pty Ltd is a commercial laundry service catering to the greater Darling Downs region. The company's project (PDF, 182K)* significantly reduced the amount of water used in the wash process by installing an AquaRecycle system. This system incorporates water recycling and reuses waste heat which significantly reduces water and gas usage. The additional installation of a rainwater capture and storage system further reduced reliance on council water sources.
