Hinternoosa, a real estate agent based in Noosa, concentrated on reducing disposal waste from their offices. They installed an Aerobin composting system for organic waste, and a vegetable garden was established on site to produce food for staff. A staff education program was also run to encourage staff to make behavioural changes. Hinternoosa also educate their clients on issues of sustainability, including the sourcing and building of sustainable homes.
