GPT RE Limited's David Pringle receiving their ecoBiz Partner certificate from former Minister McNamara
GPT RE Limited is an asset management and leasing firm based at the Riverside Centre in Brisbane’s CBD. After receiving an ecoBiz rebate, the company installed a Pringle Cooling Tower, which reclaims water from their cooling towers for use in their toilets. Amongst other measures, the company began using water from the Brisbane River for their water feature and encouraged their tenants to reduce consumption. GPT RE Limited also converted to 100% Green Power.
