Bistro C is a popular restaurant on the beach front in Hastings Street at Noosa Heads. Bistro C reduced their energy bill by installing energy-efficient lighting and a forced draft cooler unit. The installation of water flow inhibitors reduced their potable water use. Bistro C engaged their customers by using guest education materials (i.e. signage), 'low carbon' lunches and encouraged their supply chain to reduce product packaging.

- Greenhouse Gas 8% (2.5 cars or 10 t CO2-e)
