Beaulieu Pacific is an upholstery supplier and manufacturer based in Acacia Ridge. This company's project (PDF, 203K)* included cutting their water and energy use by reducing warm up and shut down cycle times on their machinery. Beaulieu Pacific also increased their recycling streams (to include yarn, plastic welt cones and cardboard) in order to reduce their waste and made significant savings with manufacturing changes that saved on material inputs.
