Commercial trade
General information
Any person wishing to buy protected plants by wholesale, or to sell propagated or wild sourced whole protected plants or protected plant parts by wholesale or retail may need a commercial wildlife licence. The holder of a commercial wildlife licence may also buy or accept protected plants taken from the wild by a person who holds a commercial wildlife harvesting licence.
The commercial wildlife licence does not authorise the holder to take protected plants or protected plant parts from the wild for commercial sale.
