Conditional registration of vehicles on QPWS managed areas
General information
The Operational policy: Conditional registration of vehicles on QPWS managed areas requires all vehicles used on QPWS roads, other than exempt vehicles, to be fully road registered or if unable to be road registered, to have current appropriate conditional registration. This includes QPWS vehicles used for estate management and vehicles used by contractors, lessees, or other Government agencies.
The policy states that recreational use of conditionally registered vehicles on QPWS estate may be authorised under a commercial activity or group activity permit but precludes individual recreational use.
