Governance and strategic management
DERM maintains a Board of Management (BoM) and an Executive Management Group (EMG) to oversight the department's strategic and operational management and governance.
The BoM is chartered with focusing on strategic issues, performance management and corporate governance, while the EMG focus is on policy development and reporting.
